Do NABOLY shoes run true to size?

Yes — our lasts are built to standard EU sizing. Strap sandals ease slightly with wear, so if you are between sizes on a sandal choose the smaller size; on closed shoes and boots choose your usual size. The size guide on each product page lists the exact run for that model.

Which sizes do you make?

Adults’ models run EU 36–46 depending on the model; kids’ models run EU 20–35. The available sizes are shown on every product page.

Can I choose a colour that is not listed?

Often, yes, for wholesale quantities. Tell us the model and the colour you need through the wholesale form and we will confirm availability and lead time.

How do I pay?

How long does delivery take?

Stock models usually dispatch within a few days. Made-to-order colours and wholesale quantities take longer, and we confirm the date before you commit.

Can I return or exchange a pair?

Materials & care

What leather do you use?

Natural cow leather — full-grain and corrected-grain for uppers, softer leathers for linings and footbeds. Soles are rubber or lightweight units depending on the model.

How should I care for leather sandals?

Wipe with a dry cloth after wear, keep them out of direct sun when drying, and apply a neutral leather cream every few weeks in heavy use. Avoid soaking the footbed.
