We pack every pair in its own box and ship from the factory in Hebron. Costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout from your address; the notes below explain what to expect.

Dispatch times

Stock models usually leave the factory within [2–4] working days. Made-to-order colours and wholesale quantities take longer; we confirm the dispatch date before you commit to the order.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email when the parcel is handed to the carrier. If it has not arrived by the estimated date, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Wholesale shipments

Wholesale orders ship by pallet or consignment depending on quantity and destination. Freight, incoterms and documentation are agreed when the order is confirmed.
